I get asked, “why do you still train like you’re an athlete at 43 years old?” My answer is simple…

Family

As a gym owner, coach, and personal trainer, I developed my love and passion for fitness after losing 100 pounds, but being a dad and husband has given that passion a new level of meaning. I’m not just working out to stay in shape—I’m doing it to be the best version of myself for my family. I want to have the energy and health to keep up with my kids, to be an active part of their lives, and to model the importance of fitness and self-discipline.

One of my greatest joys is coaching my kids’ youth sports teams. It’s a way for me to share my love for fitness with them while teaching valuable life lessons about teamwork, perseverance, and hard work. Balancing my time between my business, personal fitness goals, and family isn’t always easy, but it’s incredibly rewarding. I believe that being a fit dad and husband isn’t just about lifting weights—it’s about being present, setting a positive example, and showing my family that health is a lifelong commitment.
