It’s as amazing as it sounds and PERFECT for after a workout!

What you need

1 cup of 1% Chocolate Milk (I use Almond Milk as I’m lactose intolerant)
1 scoop ISOFLEX Peanut Butter Protein Powder
1 tbsp light Peanut Butter
1/2 banana
1 1/2 Cup of Ice
Sometimes I also add a TBS of instant coffee or 1-2 cups of brewed coffee.

Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until ice is crushed and all ingredients are mixed.

One smoothie contains about 400 cals, 10g of fat, 58g carbs 6g fiber, 39g sugar, 38g protein.

I get this smoothie made at a place near my gym sometimes but with soy milk and natural PB. So. Delicious.
