With over 16 years of experience, I bring a deep understanding of strength and conditioning, personal training, and coaching across a wide range of sports and working with a variety of fitness clients—from high-performance athletes competing at elite levels to everyday professionals, older clients rehabbing post-surgery, and youth athletes learning the foundations of fitness. My experience spans decades and includes strength and conditioning, recovery-focused training, foundational fitness coaching, and high-performance sports training.

Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to coach athletes of all levels—from young beginners to elite prospects, and National Champions. My background includes working with sports like hockey, volleyball, MMA, boxing, kickboxing, speed skating, softball, swimming, and track and field.
