This past weekend I recorded a video blog post talking about my progress over the last 9 weeks and the success I’ve been having with CrossFit and Paleo.  In this video I even go as far to show you my before and after pics with my shirt off… Scary! My intension for this post was suppose to be me just talking about my progress and about how my hard work has been paying off, but what I ended up doing is going off on another one of my rants about the scale and how much I hate it.  At least this time I have solid proof as to why the scale shouldn’t be your only measurement of your progress.

    I so agree. My first 30 days of paleo I think I lost a pound, but some CRAZY inches.
