Ingredients:
Roast Beef
1 tsp Curry Powder
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp Smoked Paprika
1/2 tsp Chili Powder
1/2 c Warm Water
1/2 Onion, diced
Directions:
- Mix all powders and water into a shaker and shake/mix until all powders are disolved.
- Put roast into slow cooker and sete slow cooker to “Low”
- Pour mixture over roast in slow cooker
- Put onions in slow cooker and on roast
- Cook for 8 full hours on “Low”

I made this today for my sister who has allergies to gluten and dairy. She and her family loved it and so did mine. I was a moist roast. LOVED IT!
