When it comes to my health, fitness & workouts – I am very self motivated. Outside that realm not as great BUT I AM in the gym! :-)

The people who share their stories and lives with me via my blog, Twitter and Facebook inspire me as well!

My husband motivates me – but so do my family members. I want to set an excellent example for my younger cousins – the media can be so cruel. I want them to know what TRUE beauty looks like! My readers also motivate me – they are so inspirational!

Totally agree! In fact, I don’t usually pin motivational photos, but I’ll pin yours just because it’s you!
Motivated by how NOT exercising leaves me feeling stiff and old.

I try to use MYSELF to motivate me, not pictures of others. Words from others are always nice to keep in mind, but I more so concentrate on how I feel after a workout, and how much I enjoy myself more when indulging if I know I’ve worked hard for it! Oh, and how I look is a motivator too, I won’t lie. I definitely like how I look now more than I did 2 years ago!

This is an awesome statement to be made. I’m definitely working to motivate myself, but my boyfriend and my little cousins help me out. I need to have enough energy to play with them. ;)

Good for you! Sometimes a good kick in the butt is needed though, so having them around is awesome!

I motivate myself. I look in the mirror everyday and watch my body go through these amazing changes. This keeps me going. Going from morbidly obese to just overweight is a HUGE success for me. Now I am working on going from overweight to a normal weight for my height 5 pounds at a time. :) Yes, I WILL accomplish this. 75 pound weight loss thus far!! ;) It’s all about diet and exercise!
